Release Their Potential: The Performance Centre
“Nothing is more rewarding for me than to watch the students discover something about themselves as they perform. The music, theatrical, oratory and student leadership life of Flinders really does impact in the most positive way on everyone here”.
Lyndel Grant, Dean of Student Welfare
We invite you to support our $3 million fundraising challenge, representing a 25% contribution towards the construction cost of a world-class facility, The Performance Centre. The Performance Centre will be an outstanding centre for nurturing and developing talent, discovering gifts of leadership, and improving performance. A centre committed to promoting learning for life.
The Performance Centre will be an extension of the existing Drama and Music facilities, providing a convenient location linking both the Primary and Secondary schools. This will ensure all students have the opportunity to release their potential! The Performance Centre will provide our students with state-of-the-art facilities for enriching their education, both for this generation of students and those in decades to come. The Performance Centre will extend the choices of teaching methods at Flinders by enabling class, year group and whole school participation in one venue.
