
Quality Learning Environment
Founded in 1990, Matthew Flinders Anglican College has enjoyed rapid growth. From an enrolment of 161 in its first year, the school now delivers quality education to approximately 1300 girls and boys.
Situated on a 20 hectare site on the southern side of Buderim Mountain and only two kilometres from the centre of Buderim and the Sunshine Coast University, Matthew Flinders Anglican College provides its students with some of the most modern educational facilities in the region.
The culture of learning at the College is supported by a cutting-edge 1-1 Learning/Laptop Program from Years 5 to 12. The College commits significant resources to developing its staff in the delivery of the most appropriate and inspiring 21st Century curriculum. We stay true to our Christian mission to nurture and extend all students. We are proud of our collaborative culture.
Our campus boasts excellent learning spaces and a beautiful forest environment bordering ovals, tennis courts, swimming pool, Sports Centre and Pavilion, gymnasium and cricket wickets. Drama and Music facilities are outstanding, including a world-class Performance Centre.
