Milton named Champion Swimming House in 2010

The Primary School Inter-House Swimming Carnival was held at the Flinders pool on Friday, February 5.
After a welcome by the school leaders, the four Houses – Freeman, Milton, Rafter and Thomas - had a cheering battle to motivate their swimmers. Loud and passionate cheering continued all day and Rafter House was declared the cheering champion of the day.
The points score between the Houses changed several times. Going into the final relays it was anyone’s trophy.

The relays were close and exciting and the carnival finished with an entertaining relay race between two parent teams and a teacher’s team.
Congratulations to Milton House for claiming the title of Champion Swimming House in 2010.
Congratulations also to the 2010 Primary School Swimming Age Champions, pictured left: Tate McDermott, Sarah Thompson, Evan McLean, Darcy Gifford, Miykala Sorby, Mac Johnston, Grace Kaihau and Dylan Saunders-Dow.
