Music Tour 2011 - Coffs Harbour

They've travelled to Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra on previous music tours, but this year Matthew Flinders Anglican College students are enjoying the sights and sounds of Coffs Harbour.

A total of 115 music students have travelled to northern New South Wales for the annual tour from June 19 to 23.

The three ensembles - the Wind Symphony, String Orchestra and College Chorale - will play in a variety of venues and join students from different schools, including Bishop Druitt Anglican College, John Paul Catholic College and Woolgoolga State High School.

The musicians treated the Flinders community to a magnificent Pre-Tour Concert in the Sports Centre on June 3 before embarking on their mid-year trip to Coffs Harbour.
