Flinders named one of Top 10 NAPLAN performers in Qld

The 2011 Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 National Assessment Program Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) results are very impressive.

2010

The school mean of Matthew Flinders Anglican College students was better than both the State and National mean in every area. Of particular note were the Year 3 results which were 26% above the Qld mean in reading, 25% above in Grammar and Punctuation, 22% above the Qld mean in Numeracy, 20% above in Writing and 17% above in Spelling. The other year levels (Yrs 5, 7, 9) also had some great results with several students achieving some of the highest scores in the state.
